| Confirmation of enrolment will be sent to you immediately, along with
information on starting dates. The balance of the fee is due 4 weeks before the start of the course. | ||||||||
| Changes in Course Programs | ||||||||
| SISEC has the right to make any necessary changes to the advertised information
with regard to the course date, course material, accommodation and other services, provided the client is not unduly inconvenienced and these changes do not change the goals of the courses offered. | ||||||||
| Refund Policy | ||||||||
| Notice of withdrawal must be submitted in writing to SISEC. Proof of cause will be required to process refunds. SISEC reserves the right to refuse refunds in certain situations. | ||||||||

| Insurance | ||||||||
| Insurance needs, such as accident, sickness, third party etc. are the obligation of the student. Students without sufficient medical coverage can purchase emergency medical insurance through SISEC. | ||||||||

| All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (except where noted). Prices are subject to change | ||||||||
| Complaints | ||||||||
| The student has the obligation to voice complaints immediately to management so they can be rectified. Complaints served at a later date cannot necessarily be acted upon. | ||||||||
| Conditions of Participation | ||||||||
| The conditions are set out in the contract provided by SISEC with regards to course goals. Should there be any disputes, the civil law of Canada will prevail. | ||||||||
| Various Regulations | ||||||||
| The student is responsible for having a valid passport and adhering to
the necessary visa, currency, duty and insurance regulations as well as to the Canadian federal and provincial laws. SISEC will notify immigration officials if our Letter of Acceptance is misused. | ||||||||
