General Information and Conditions  
  Registration Fee and Payment
  We recommend you apply early using the enclosed application form. A Non-refundable
Registration Fee of CHF 100.00 is required with the Application Form Please send the
completed form to

  Confirmation of enrolment will be sent to you immediately, along with information on starting dates. The
balance of the fee is due 4 weeks before the start of the course.
  Changes in Course Programs
  SISEC has the right to make any necessary changes to the advertised information with regard
to the course date, course material, accommodation and other services, provided the client is not unduly
inconvenienced and these changes do not change the goals of the courses offered.
  Refund Policy
  Notice of withdrawal must be submitted in writing to SISEC. Proof of cause will be required to process refunds. SISEC reserves the right to refuse refunds in certain situations.
 

The registration fee is non-refundable.
No refunds are given for showing up late or absences from class.
Lessons are not transferable.

  Tuition refunds before start of class:
 
a.
If a student visa is denied by Immigration Canada, there will be a full refund of tuition.
b.
If a student withdraws 30 days or more before course start, refund is 70% of total costs.
c.
If a student withdraws less than 30 days before course start, refund is 40%. of total costs.
  Refunds after the start of class:
 
a.
If student has attended up to 10% of the course, then refund is 30% of total costs.
b.
If student has attended up to 30% of course, then refund is 20% of total costs.
c.
If student has attended more than 30%, then there is no refund.
  Insurance
  Insurance needs, such as accident, sickness, third party etc. are the obligation of the student. Students without sufficient medical coverage can purchase emergency medical insurance through SISEC.
  Prices
  All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (except where noted). Prices are subject to change
  Complaints
  The student has the obligation to voice complaints immediately to management so they can be rectified. Complaints served at a later date cannot necessarily be acted upon.
  Conditions of Participation
  The conditions are set out in the contract provided by SISEC with regards to course goals. Should there be any disputes, the civil law of Canada will prevail.
  Various Regulations
  The student is responsible for having a valid passport and adhering to the necessary visa, currency, duty
and insurance regulations as well as to the Canadian federal and provincial laws. SISEC will notify
immigration officials if our Letter of Acceptance is misused.
