How did you hear about SISEC? A Hockey friend of me found the SISEC homepage on the internet and gave it to me.
Primarily I am here to play hockey. What was your first impression of Canada and Canadians? Canada has a beautiful landscape and everything is much bigger than in Switzerland. About the accommodation I can only say; it is like in the movies. The Canadians are very friendly.
Was SISEC helpful in getting you used to your new place? Yes, of course.
There are always four students sharing a house. Do you think this is a better solution than leaving with a family? I don’t know, because I never experienced living with a family. I think everything has some advantages and some disadvantages. But the idea is basically great.
How old were you when you began to play hockey, and how often do you practice per week? I was 8 years old. In Switzerland I practiced every day.
You will spend your time in Banff at the Hockey Academy. What do you expect from your stay? What are your goals? Of course that I can make improve my hockey skills and that I can play at a higher level when I return to Switzerland. Also to learn English and meet some new people are some of my goals.
Sport means almost everything in my life.
I enjoy Focus very much. We had a lot of conversations and so I could use the language a lot.
